The paper presents the results of computer simulation and experimental study of diffraction of optical radiation on random and fractal surfaces, the phase elements, crystals. The dependence of statistical and stochastic parameters of the field scattered optical radiation from the registration area and parameters of light-scattering objects. Proposed multipurpose device for measuring these parameters. The method of inverted chromascope to determine the localization of zeros of the amplitude of spectral components of polychromatic radiation field. This method is used for processing the experimentally obtained distributions of intensity of polychromatic radiation.
