Thermotolerant strains 6N and 42N at 40 0С have essentially higher fermentation activity toward sucrose, maltose and glucose compared to industrial strain "Enzym". It was shown that thermotolerant strains are able to ferment acid hydrolysates of wheat straw and pine sawdust.
