New conception of upgrading system of maintenance of capacity of cutting tools is developed (SMC CT). The use of facilities of artificial intelligence is promoted by quality of the system of SMC CT, allows to shorten the errors of management a machine-tool, caused the incorrect estimations of the states of cutting tools. Thus quality of stream of information rises about the cutting tools states, which is processed and analysed the created consulting model.
