The new derivatives of 4 mercaptopyrimidine are synthesized on the basis of phosphonium reagents, 4-amino-6-mercapto- and 4,6-dimercaptopyrimidines were obtained with their participation. Phosphonium syntheses of new types of substituted pyrimidines and their condensed analogues with biophoric groups which contain sulphur and phosphorus are developed.
