This report consists the results of clinical study department of Internal medicine ?3 of Vinnitsa National Medical University over a period of 2004-2009 years. At the scientifically studies where determined complex affect methabolic factors on development endothelial and myocardial dysfunction in patients with ischemic heart disease. Where turn out particulary feature of myocardial and endothelial dysfunction in patients with ischemia heart disease, arterial hypertension, prolaps of valve mitrale and different arrhythmies. Where separated clinically instrumental predictors developing different arrhythmies and proved its affect on heart disease progress. It was developed differential treatment the patients with heart disease and raising effectiveness amiodaron in frequent attaks of atrial fibrillation. The results of clinical research study were introduction in many hospitals of Ukraine, promulgated of 47 scientific works, 6 - patents, 1- rational suggestion.
