Developed algorithm of analysis of dye fluorescence spectra in basal and excited states allows to determine separately parameters of hydratation and polarity. It was shown perspectives of using the developed approach for study of Parkinson's disease and others protein folding diseases. Assay system prototype and method for qualitative valuation of immunochemical reactions with using of universal biospecific sonde - conjugate of colloidal gold nanoparticles with recombinant protein A fragment for immunochromatografic detection of antibodies from different animals and human were developed. For this E.coli, producing recombinant protein A fragment, was created, optimal conditions for colloidal gold nanoparticles synthesis and for its conjugating with protein A fragment were selected. Densitometry approach to semi-qualitative evaluation of immunochromatographic test results was developed. Parameters that can influence on accuracy of immunochromatografic test evaluation were studied.
