New areas of application of amidophenacylating reagents were discovered, for obtaining derivatives of mononuclear azaheterocycles and their condensed analogues. New approaches to synthesis of condensed pyrimidines were found on the basis of phosphonium ylides and salts. Testing a number of the synthesized compounds on immunomodulating, antiblastic and bactericidal properties and also in-the-field testing the "Methiur" preparate on antidepressant activity were carried out.
