The systematic researching unique phenomenon in chemistry of the metal clusters and in radical-series reactions of oxidation of organic compounds - the catalysis of disproportionate of the peroxide radicals with clusters and nanoclusters of transition metals, was conducted. The results of researching were opened practical possibility in designing new anti oxidants of reusable action. The existence of unique phenomenon of nanoclusters catalysis of tearing chain of oxidation of the simple fats (models of bio-oils) with giant nanocluster Pd561Phen60OAc180, was proved.
