The social importance of the work, its results fit in the general tendency to the revival of the Ukrainian national culture. The aim of the project is to expose the diversified connection of the phraseological verbalism of the East Ukrainian dialect with the Ukrainian ethnic culture; to follow the type and evolution of this connection between the objects of the extra linguistic world and marks of their indirect denomination. The object of the research is the phraseological and paremiis' expressions of the East settlements' and East steppes' dialects. The mechanisms of the building of secondary linguistic semiotic systems connected with the transmission of cultural semantics as the defined stereotypes of structural, semantic and motivational models are ascertained. The phraseological paremiis' verbalisms of the East Ukrainian dialect in the context of presupposition (the background knowledge of sociocultural nature) as an element of the culture's language - the basic form of the existence and representation of the ethno-cultural awareness are examined. It is put into practice the monographic (dissertation's) analysis of certain semantics' and thematic fragments of phraseological and paremiis' composition of the East settlements' and East steppe's dialects of the Ukrainian language. It is gathered and processed the phraseological material (the result of the field records, the work on the details of considerable in amount documents), the significant part of which is made up by the jargonic and euphemistic phraseological units. The in-depth study of the paremiis' and phraseological structure from the point of view of culture, the observation at its spatial and chronological movement favour the development of the Ukrainian phraseological science and approximate it to the level of fundamental works of the West Slavic (Polish, Czech and so on) linguistics.
