Increase of a level inflammatory and anti inflammatory cytokines in blood patients with chronic glomerulonephritis was determined, increase TNF and correlation IF/IL-10 at proliferative forms GN, determined prognosopositive attributes by result of treatment GN. At diabetic nephropaty correlation IF/IL-10 is increased with progressing CKD, revealed correlation between GFR proteinuriа and IF, IL - 1, TGF, IL - 10.
