The purpose of the work is an improvement of accuracy and transient performance indices of the control systems of the moving objects and technological processes. The state space method, the theory of observers, modal control and combined control are used for research. The results - the asymptotic differentiators and extrapolators that minimize incremental encoder errors are synthesized; the combined control methods of different objects with use of acceleration in control law are designed; the new complex of coordinate estimation of cold-rolling mill is proposed; the on-line identification methods of control object parameters and external disturbances acting on objects are synthesized; the test system of real equipments of metal rolling mill is created; the method of carrying out of mathematical operation with two-phase signals is designed; the flux linkage estimation method by means of pure integration together with compensating method is designed; the control algorithm of elastic joint multilink robot is synthesized; robust combined control methods with reduced observers are synthesized; the direct current motor anchor chain equivalent total resistance identification algorithm is synthesized; two-mass elastic system control object uncertainty estimation algorithm when controlling of object position is synthesized. It is the most efficient to use designed methods for control of the systems, which change with unknown means and are subjected to the action of unknown disturbances.
