On the improved method the basic component of substance of preparation is prepared - gadolinium diethylenetriaminepentaacetate. The additional methods (spectrophotometric and luminescent) of control of quality of components of substance (gadolinium diethylenetriaminepentaacetate) and eventual form are developed (D(-)-N-methylglucamine). The improved technological line of overflow of preparation is prepared to the start, which resulted in diminishing of his production losses. The proper normatively-technical documentation is developed: technological regulation, standards of factory.
