Researches of quality of domestic and imported manganese raw material are conducted, the mechanism of thermal oxides of manganese is investigational, carbonates and ore raw material, the rational parameters of restoration processes are certain. The system of mathematical expressions is developed for determination of ERS of transformer, complex resistances of transformer and short network, electrode and bath, strength of electric current, other indexes. Recommendations of improvement of the slag mode of smelting of ferro-alloys are offered on the basis of these physical and chemical processes, the method of the рудовосстановительной melting is patented in electrical oven, which provides technological process control by stabilizing of distance from the butt end of electrode to the bottom of bath of electrical oven. The results of experimental researches and mathematical design allow to define connection between phase electric descriptions depending on making alteration in external managing actions.
