During work performance optimum modes of shaft synthesis, GdVO_4 , YVO_4 crystals growth and their after-growth fall out are determined. More attractive scintillation properties can be demonstrated by GdVO_4. Its light output is 76% from GSO:Се, attenuation time is nearly 15 microseconds, afterglow level is 0.26% after 5 microseconds. While decreasing the temperature from room to nitrogenous, radioluminescence intensity increases in 4-5 times.
