Research objects are appliances of account of expense of power resources. A purpose of work is development of complex of receptions and methods of decision of tasks at research of appliances of account of expense of power resources and creation of methodical recommendations. Theoretical and practical results are development of charts of expert researches of appliances of account of power resources; analysis of mechanism of formation of tracks at extraneous interference with account part of appliances of account of expense of power resources; the list of questions which are put before judicial examination of decision of troubleshooting problems at research of devices of account of expense of power resources is formulated. Research methods are a supervision, description, measuring, optical microscopy and photomicrograph. Novelty - basic three groups of signs which testify to violation of integrity of devices of account of expense of power resources are set: 1) presence into the device of objects and particles; 2) presence of signs which testify to operating on his mechanism; 3) signs which testify to subsequent disguise of similar actions. Prognoses of supposition in relation to efficiency of introduction - creation of methodical recommendations will allow to decrease labour intensiveness and terms of conducting of researches. A sphere of the use is expert practice, training of expert personnels, use of judicial consequence-bodies workers.
