In this paper we propose methodological approaches, algorithms and models that can identify patterns that occur with economic indicators of the company during its operation in a stable, unstable states and the border of stability. This allows to predict the performance of the company and its business plan. First, the models can be used in cattle production complexes and farms to review their operation from a position of optimal stability control production plan. In addition, the results are fairly universal and generic, which makes it possible to use them, with appropriate adaptation for the study of any supply systems in other industries.
