Primary and current control during hospital treatment is conducted for 287 patients, protracted supporting therapy at 154 from them. Goal: Identify features of the formation of arrhythmia, its clinical manifestations, changes of structural and functional state of the myocardium, physical working capacity in clean-up workers after Chernobyl disaster and to develop activities aimed at improving the effectiveness of treatment. Methods: clinical, analysis of irradiation influence as well as others risk factors, Holter electrocardiography and heart rate variability monitoring, dopplerechocardiography, bicycle ergometry, statistical technology. Results: Detected a gradual increase in the frequency of HA for the past 2 times, it was associated with increasing age, the frequency of cardiovascular diseases. Priority in the etiological structure had ischemic heart disease, hypertension, and their combination. Found that the participants in the CWCD since May 1986, who worked in the watch mode, the frequency of HA was more than 2 times greater than that of participants in 1987. In persons exposed in the dose range of 25-50 sZv frequency of HA was higher by 5,1%. Were identified clinical manifestations, electrocardiographic features, change the structures and functions of the heart, exercise tolerance, which were typical for CWCD with HA. There have been unsubstantiated concept of treatment and measures aimed at improving the treatment of HA and associated changes. Been studied the effects of short-and long-term complex treatment of CWCD with HA and the development of measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of treatment. Been developed guidelines, innovations, diagnostic extrasystolic arrhythmia, a model of treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Efficacy. It was proved that the application of established activities provided antiarrhythmic effect, prevention / regression of structural changes, improve heart function, increase exercise tolerance, prevention of cardio-vascular complications, in terms of adherence to treatment.
