Their heat resistance, polymerization ability and surface activity were investigated. New types of water soluble carbochain surface-active saccharides-containing oligomers, as well as stable biotolerant colloid systems from nanoparticles with engrafted to the surface saccharides fragments were obtained on the basis of synthesized compounds. Utilization of obtained surface-active saccharides-containing oligoperoxides as templates and modificators permits on the basis of magelithe with biocompatible shell to obtain simultaneously golden and super magnetic nanoparticles. On the basis of obtained surface modificated nanoparticles together with Institute for Cell Biology of NASU were created materials able to recognize and separate cells pathology. Branched saccharides chain functional oligomers obtained by graft-copolymerization of saccharides-containing monomers are able to immobilize water insoluble microbe substances with their physiological activity preservation.
