Numerical algorithms and software are developed for the effective calculation of operating descriptions functional UHF devices for realization of careful and reliable research of physical processes in the difficult active and passive electrodynamics systems. The relaxation models of the liquid systems are created for adequate description of their dielectric properties. Practical recommendations are formulated, on the basis of the created theory, for a construction UHF devices with the set descriptions.
