The scheme of methodologic ways of quantitive characteristics of neuronal and astroglial cells was developed using neurochemical and biochemical indices (neuronspecific (NCAM) and astroglial (GFAP and S100b)) and lysosomal proteases. The conception of intracellular interactions in central nervous system was developed on the base of researching molecular mechanisms of neurospecific proteins (GFAP, NCAM, S100b) distribution and enzymes of protein exchange (cysteine lysosomal cathepsins B, L, H) and their endogeneous inhibitors at the early stages of nervous system pathology development.
