Purpose of research was development of information technologies of testing and monitoring in the tasks of planning of the automated systems to support decision-making about the condition of critical technical objects. Research methods are the methods of mathematical statistics, finite elements and holographic interferometry. The results of the research are the following: Development of mathematical models for the description of statistical conformities to the law of measuring of internal remaining tensions in railway wheels by an ultrasonic method, algorithms of forming decision rules for the estimation of imperfections in pipes and changes of their remaining tensions and metal structure in the process of exploitation, control of the railway wheels condition after measuring the remaining internal tensions and their estimation by the holographic interferometry method, methods of the psychometric testing of operators of the automated testing and management systems. The novelty of the obtained results is the development of two-staging non-etalon information technology of non-destructive ultrasonic testing and monitoring of boring pipes, which are being exploited, two-limit decision rule of non-destructive railway wheels testing by estimations of their remaining tensions, algorithm of determination of remaining tensions, based on the use of modern methods of decision of reverse task of the resiliency theory.
