An analysis of influence of the Danube runoff on changeability of hydrological and hydrochemical descriptions of salt waters in the area of the Danube estuary up to the shelf around Ostriv Zmiinyi (Serpent Island) at various hydrometeorological conditions is made by the data of hydroenvironmental monitoring of the off-shore waters of Serpent Island and waters of the river Danube in the years of 2005 through 2007 as well as archival information on oceanographic surveys. A three-dimensional non-stationary model of water quality formation in shelf and estuarial marine aquatoriae is developed and adapted to the conditions of the north-western shelf of the Black Sea. Peculiarities of distribution of the routed waters of the Danubian flow in the north-western part of the Black Sea, various types of contaminants which come through the river flow of the Danube, influence of the Danubian flow on hydrological and hydrochemical descriptions of waters in the area of the mouth of the Danube up to Serpent Island at various hydrometeorological conditions are studied by the instrumentality of the model.
