For realization of the aim purpose there were done such basic tasks: investigated process of decision making at the complex economic systems; conception of management in a competition environment is developed; a tool of economic-mathematical modeling of enterprise management is developed; the modeling of financial assets dynamic characteristics, which apply in Ukraine, is done with analogical for the financial markets of other countries; the economic-mathematical models of financial assets taking into account the features of modern financial markets by the methods of theory of dynamic chaos is done; the economic-mathematical models and methods for the analysis of connection between the indexes of the tax loading and business activity is done. Research results are a complex of economic-mathematical models, methods and algorithms of the complex economic systems functioning forecasting and development, that had approbation practice of economic analysis.
