It is shown that piezophotoconductivity may be applied for investigation of the band spectra of the layered crystals and complex crystals. The transformations of electron zone structure of quazi twodimentional systems depending on the level of twodimentionality and structural changes caused by intercalation may be considered as physical basis for quantum computers work. The effect of structural disordering on the dynamic of photoconductivity and dielectric polarization have been studied in layered crystals GaSe. It has been shown that influence of spin and charge fluctuation at hybridezation of local d(f) - states with band's ones on the transport, magnetic and thermophysical characteristics can be quantitative described in the model of narrow bands with the strongly renormalizated parameters which demonstrate temperature dependence. In the frame of such an approach, it has been analyzed the mechanism of formation of energy gaps (and quasigaps) of the correlation nature that arise in the conduction band of compounds of MXn, RMnXm (R- Ce, Yb; M- transition d- elements; X- p-elements of ІІІ - V groups) type with valance unstable f - elements.
