An instrumental device is developed and made for registration of biological cells after changes by them spatial distributing of intensity of light in the area of Fraunhofer diffraction, which includes a computer, optical and electronic blocks. An electronic block includes the followings knots: strengthener of signal of photodetector, measuring-calculating device is specialized on the base of digital signal processor, fast-acting interface of interface of inspector with the personal computer, power of device module. Input/output of information software is developed between an alarm processor and computer of device, algorithm and treatment of these measuring software by an alarm processor in the real scale to the hour and organization of work of the system on the whole. The conducted researches of registration and authentications of microparticles are in the suspensions of monodisperse polystyrene latex, erythrocytes of blood, bacterial cells E-coli.
