We researched effect of low-frequency laser emission on process lipid peroxidation of membrane (estimate content of malonic dialdehyde), activity of enzymes of antioxidative defense such as catalase, superoxide dismutase, and enzymes of active transport ions (Na+, K+ та Ca2+). We was determine the degrees of activity of membrane Mg2+-ATPase of embryo. We calculated kinetic characteristic of membrane Na+, K+-ATPase of blastomers. We researched effect of laser emission and macrocyclic lactones on activity of Na+, K+-ATPase and summary activity of Са2+-ATPase, ultra structure of loach embryos. We developed power module for ultrasonic device UD -76 and stabilized power module for high-powered LED.
