Research object: methodology and principles of construction of environment of virtual laboratories on the base of mobile technologies for m-learning and scientific researches and creation of the pilot system of m-learning for preparation of specialists in area of the embedded systems (embedded systems) of management. Purpose of work: Development of methodology and principles of construction of environment of virtual laboratories on the base of mobile technologies for m-learning and scientific researches and creation of the pilot system of m-learning for preparation of specialists in area of the embedded systems (embedded systems) of management. Research methods - theoretical model, eksperemental'nye and methodical researches for creation of virtual laboratories on the base of mobile technologies, Expected results: successful implementation of project will decide the task of creation single informative environments of the up-diffused and research laboratories for teaching and collective implementation of scientific researches regardless of place of finding of resource and access time. The up-diffused environment will allow to conduct all sequence of development of decisions in area of the embedded systems (embedded systems) and automated management, from a requirement specification, creation of virtual models, planning of algorithms and devices, to realization of laboratory standards of the modules of the system and testing them in terms, close to operating. Integration on Wednesday of mobile facilities, will give possibility external users to work in the mode "here and now" (decision of problem in the moment of its origin).
