The methods of synthesis of heterocyclic nitrogencontaining and functionalized hydroxycontaining thiosulfoesters, S-esters of 1,1- dioxythiolan -3-, 2,3-dichlor-1,4-naphtoquinon-5-, 2-acetylamino-5-thiazollethiosulfoacids, S- naphtoquinonesters of thiosulfoacids have been developed. The predicted search of biological activity of esters of heterocyclic thiosulfoacids with using of the program of PASS and experimental biological researches of the synthesized compounds have been carried out and the compounds with growth-promotional, bactericidal and antifungal action have been detected.
