We have developed the theoretical basis for the study of differentiation of Ukraine's population by income and living conditions. Defined methodological approaches to the assessment of Ukraine's population stratification by income and developed methodological tools and analyzed the differentiation of the population by income. Assessed the differentiation of the population in terms of life. Investigate the characteristics of monetary and non-income dimensions of poverty and their relationship. The influence of differentiation in incomes and living conditions on the formation of the social structure of society, particularly the middle class. A method of forecasting the population of Ukraine for the differentiation of monetary and non-monetary attributes, based on a forecast of income distribution was built the population of Ukraine on short and medium term.
