The study of local and long-range atomic order in multilayer interfaces was performed using the Monto-Carlo method adapted accordingly. The 1-14-layered interfaces Fe/Fe0,5Ni0,5/Ni and Fe/Fe0,625Ni0,375/Ni were studied. The calculation of free energy as the functional of temperature and a number of interface's layers has been perfomed. The dependence of the size of the layer on minimal free energy as the function of temperature has been found.
