The role of endothelial dysfunction in atherogenesis development and immunological aspects in formation of pathologigal processes and their influences on cardiohemodynamics changes at patients with ischemic heart disease without an accompanying pathology and in the presence of risk factors (essential hypertension, COPD, a diabetes mellitus II type) were studied. Algorithms of diagnostics and treatment of this pathology with statins, beta-blockers and ACEI application are developed.
