The research object: load carrying and transporting techniques: track-laying and walking excavator, working part of bridge crane, pneumatic-transport systems work regime. The aim of the paper: rise of technical level hoisting-transporting and transporting techniques. Methods of search: theoretical research mathematical models, experimental research on laboratory equipment. Theoretical and practical results: the methods of restoration of brake pulleys - half-coupling is worked out. The recommendations for creation of mechanisms allowing to exclude lock of working part of excavating machines. Here is given the direction of rise of resource of track-laying elements. The constructive scheme of load rise mechanism on the base of wave reduction without introduction of changes in the motor control system. The directions of maintenance of the necessary quality of thick sheets for making of metalconstuctions. Innovations: the mathematical model of the process of melting of grad pulley semi-muffs. The influence of the process of loading of caterpillar equipment of excavator on the wear capacity of junctions by means of modeling has been determined. The laws of shaping of the process of a movement in the zone of batch of pneumotransport installation have been specified. Connection between an infinitesimal site of a surface of a plate iron and rollers in the contact zone during the process of sheet movement in the rolling car has been determined. Efficiency of innovation: perfecting constructive and quality indicators PTC by introduction of new methods of calculation and projection at all stages of a life cycle of the equipment. Area of application: the common mechanical processes.
