Factors which influence abrasive ability of abrasive composites are defined and is shown that presence of the ordered placing of diamonds can change the mechanism of removal of an allowance and raise wear resistance of an abrasive composite. Ways of orderliness of placing of diamonds are defined and the equipment for its achievement is made. A number of samples of abrasive composites with a different step of orderliness is made: level-by-level distribution of diamonds, level-by-level displaced and displaced with overlapping of layers. It is developed a technique of the mediated definition of relative concentration of diamonds in a cutting layer of a circle by results to the photo analysis шлифа a cutting layer on device DiaInspect. OSM. Indicators of abrasive ability of abrasive composites, and also the basic indicators of process of processing are investigated: wear resistance, a roughness, capacity at processing by such composites. It is shown that abrasive ability упорядоченно the located diamonds raises to 2 times. Workings out are protected by Patents of Ukraine №№ 87062, 20148, 21252, 21662, 21464, 26338, 28349, 32236, 32366 that 41885.
