The goal of the work is implementation of psychological (psychophysical) methods for the testing of authority personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for increasing the quality of the authority posts manning process. Object of the studying psychological (psychophysical) state of the officer-candidate for authority post. Subject of the studying is the complex of psychological (psychophysical) research methodic for evaluation of professional-important qualities of the candidate for authority post. Research methods are theoretical analysis of informative sources, system approaches in the grounding of psychological (psychophysical) researches, experimental researches of psychological (psychophysical) state of the officers and civilians of the Armed Forces, psychological testing (blanks and computers), methods of mathematics statistics. Results of the finish stage of scientific-research work are indicated general professional-important qualities of the officers responsible to demands of authority posts; made the psychogram of the officer-commander; made the subject- activity model of the psychological studying of the officer's carrier promotion; made the draft of the MoD order "About conformation of Instruction for organization of psychological (psychophysical) studying of the authority personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the system of the personnel management"; innovated the methodical recommendation for the psychological (psychophysical) studying of the authority personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
