Worked out theoretical and practical foundations of personal development planning process intellectually gifted individual in the educational process in an educational institution,created software and information complex online environments oriented personality development of gifted Universal-4, which provides a holistic process of designing personal development intellectually gifted childexperimentally verified the effectiveness of innovative technologies work in practice, 74 general educational institutions of Ukraine of different types.
