The new metodologies of investigation of cryptoalgorithmes appearing in cryptosystems analysis problems are considered. Algebraic, probabilistic, combinatoric-information and comlexity theoretic methods are used. The new efficient techniques, procedures and algorithms of statistical analysis of pseudorandom sequences and random sequences generators are created.
