It is shown that the ultra-low dose ionizing radiation changes the cellular membrane surface potential response to the ion channel ligands, that can result in disorder of the neurohumoral regulation of total organism at a permanent irradiation. The reaction is reversible, and it is registered only in the radiation field. Findings specify on the membrane mechanisms of development of stochastic consequences at the ed irradiation of organism by the small doses of radiation.
