The project involved the data of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanopartikle synthsis, surface gold-coating and polymer stabilization by chitosan, tetraethoxysilane and 3-minopropyltriethoxy- silane. The evidence of surface engeneering and adsorbent properties of magnetic partikles, protocol of immunomagnetic separation of microorganisms and human blood cells were developed on base of sythesized nanomaterials.
