Two constructions of semigroups are defined, which up to isomorphism describe the structure of all endomorphism semigroups of 2-nilpotent binary relations. Endomorphisms of free product of finite semigroups are described and a semigroup which is isomorphic to endomorphism semigroup of this free product is constructed. All cross-sections of Green's relations L, R, J and D on the symmetric inverse 0-category are described, their number is calculated in the finite case.
