The basic attention is given to structure of polyethnic structures and to connections between nations. The early period (2 century B.C.- 2 century A.D.). The forest-steppe Dnieper river basin. New data about the Central Europe component of the Middle Sejm river basin population in 2 century D.C. - the beginning 1 century A.D. are obtained. The burial cremation near village Mutin of the second half of 1 century B.C. - the beginning of 1 century A.D. contained the characteristic set of Przeworsk and Oksyv cultures objects. In the forest-steppe Dnieper river basin in 1 - 2 centuries A.D., except late Zarubintcy, late Scythian population is fixed. The Upper Don region. In I - II centuries A.D. the late Scythian monuments are widespread here. Late Scythians penetrated from the Upper Don to the the Volga region. In the Upper Don area the antiquities of Sarmatians are known. In the territory of Ostraja Luka of the Don their short-term sites and the rests of the battle field of the 1 century A.D. are found. A series of details of soldiers' suit shows, that the Upper Don Sarmatians participated in hostilities on the Central Europe territory. The late period (3 - 5 centuries A.D.) The forest-steppe Dnieper river basin. On materials of monuments Velikaja Bugajovka, Barbara 1 and Dmitrovka 3 the attempt of ethno-cultural components identification in the structure of Cherniakhov culture has been undertaken. The hand-made ceramics are tipical of the German, Iranian and Slavic traditions. It is possible to detect monuments with mono- and polyethnic basis. Wide moving of Germans to the East was accompanied the early Slavs movements. In 3 - 4 centuries their migrations in the west direction to the lower reaches of the Tisa river are also fixed. The Upper Don region. The relatively wide spread of East Europian adornments with enamels on the region shows that the Early Slav groups penetration to the Upper Don region in first half of 3 centuries A.D. is possible. In the Hun period (last quarter of the 4 - 5 centuries) connections between the Upper Don and the Low Don regions population were fixed. Separate groups of the Black Sea population penetrated to the north in the Don forest-steppe area for the control of the Don artery of commerce.
