The received results of research give the possibilities to define scientifically-methodical approaches to formation of the state order for a professional training by higher educational institutions that will promote minimization of disproportions between a labor market and the market of educational services in trades and will allow to correct a state policy in sphere of work and population formation. They have found reflection in: the interrelation analysis between requirement of a labor market for personals and volumes of their preparation by higher educational institutions; scientifically-methodical approaches at formation of the state order for a professional training by higher educational institutions according to requirements of a labor market; methodical recommendations about definition of volumes of a professional training; propositions on perfection of the mechanism of realization of purchase of services in a professional training by higher educational institutions under the state order and its reductions in accordance with requirements of a labor market.
