We proved significant contribution of karyotype changes, Y-chromosome's micro-deletion, TRBM-gene mutations, mutations of G1691A gene of V factor, G20210A gene of II factor of fibrillation and of SNP -1082 G¦A pІL-10 into primary and secondary barrenness, habitual pregnancy losses and spermatogenesis' disturbances. Changes in karyotype and partial Y-chromosome's deletions were detected in criptorchidia-suffering boys, thus increasing their risk of reproductive problems in future. We found that deletions of 7-th and 8-th ekzones of SMN1 and NAIP genes are especially characteristic for I-type spinal muscular atrophy patients. We consider reasonable to measure sweat chlorides level in individuals with impaired sperm quality.
