Various physical properties of such systems - electric, nonlinear optical, absorbtive, magnetic, kinetic, luminescent, structural are studied. The scientific recomendations for improvement of technology of reception are developed and an application perspectivity of such materials in electronics and optoelectronics, spintronics, information technologies is shown. The listed results should be used in training courses for post-graduate students and students of the senior rates on a speciality "nanophysics".
