In the report results of researches of specificity of physical processes in nanoscale objects of the different nature and their ensembles - nanoparticles of metals, semiconductors and dielectrics, which are located on surfaces or in volume in different environments: dielectrics, organic and inorganic semiconductors, liquid crystal substances are presented. Various physical properties of such systems - electric, nonlinear optical, absorbtive, magnetic, kinetic, luminescent, structural are studied. The scientific recomendations for improvement of technology of reception are developed and an application perspectivity of such materials in electronics and optoelectronics, spintronics, information technologies is shown. The listed results should be used in training courses for post-graduate students and students of the senior rates on a speciality "nanophysics".
