A research object is the transport systems of municipal districts. The purpose of work is the exposure of problems of organization of work of public transport and decision of them by the logistic decisions. A research method is theoretical and experimental researches of efficiency of work of the municipal transport systems. The resulted basic positions of city logistic, and the similarly offered mathematical vehicle, that allows to decide within the framework of city logistic the problem of management by transport streams in the conditions of municipal district.
