The object of research - innovation and investment, regional innovation development, intellectual capital and logistics management. The aim of research - to find out. clarify, develop and formulate a series of theoretical and methodological, organizational and methodological terms, categories, principles and methods of innovation and investment activities of domestic enterprises. The method of research - a scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis of literature and statistical sources, statistical and mathematical methods. We investigate a number of problems and the analysis of potential investment banks in Ukraine in modern erms. clarify the problem of intellectualization of labour in modern information and innovation economy, features of investment in intellectual capital of the company, as well as we identify priority problems through enhanced innovation and improve management of intellectual property assets of the company. As a result of these studies we formulate, develop and specify a number of theoretical, methodological and organizational regulations and methodological problems concerning the improvement and optimization of the admission of foreign banking capital into the banking system of Ukraine, the strategy of innovative development of metallurgical industry and the regions of Ukraine and also efficiency of intellectual capital management of an enterprise.
