As a result of researches 2007-2009 conducted the developed methods of selection DNA from a digister and leadthrough polimerazno chain reaction (PLR) for detection GM signs in different botanical sippes. Described terms of analysis of genetically modified sorts of soy, corn, to ripaku, potato, beet saccharine, with description of praymeriv and terms of leadthrough of PLR. The general conditions of leadthrough of quantitative polimeraznoy chain reaction of the real time are described and the example of leadthrough of calculations is rotined for determining the amount of GMO is in the probed material.
