The main purpose of the work is a comprehensive experimental, technological and theoretical studies of infrared and microphotoelectronics and nanoelectronics, design and optimization of the technological production methods and diagnostics of active and passive elements of the imaging systems for infrared (IR) and tera-Hertz (THz) spectrum range, with properties that meet the current level of achievements of leading international groups in this area and which are close to the theoretical limit. The research results will be used to develop and manufacture new generation of multi-element cooled infrared photodetectors with a signal processing readout circuits in the focal plane of the cold zone, which provide the charge to voltage conversion, and uncooled photodetectors based on macroporous silicon that can be used for thermal fields registration and visualization.
