874 patients including 199 viral hepatitis, 246 cases of chronic viral hepatitis, 80 patients with herpes virus meningitis and meningoencephalitis, 63 patients with infectious mononucleosis, 230 cases of acute shigellosis, and 56 patients with community acquired pneumonia. Goal: on the basis of investigation of pathogenesis of disease increasing treatment efficacy patients with viral hepatitis, viral meningitis and meningoencephalitis, infectious mononucleosis, acute shigellosis, bartonellosis, pneumonia, decreasing frequency of complications and undesirable consequences.
