A report is on NDR: 79 с., 30 lines., 13 tablas., 65 literary sources. A research object is a complex inspection 38 patients on chronic rhynosinusitis, 14 patients by the keratikonus of teenagers (28 eyes) and 20 practically healthy children (40 eyes), 27 patients with heterospecific granuloms of the larynx, experimental research 19 corneas of pigs. Purpose of work - to probe the role of morphological changes of mucus membrane and bone tissue of wall prenasal sine in clinical motion and pathogeny of chronic rhynosinusitis and on the basis of findings to offer optimization of complex therapy; and also to learn the morphological state of csenoceratus during ordinary liofilisation and liofilisation with the previous use of cryoprotector before cryoconservation. To promote efficiency treatments patients with stenosises of larynx, heterospecific granuloms of larynx, by laryngitis of Reynke. To probe endogenous intoxication at first found out a keratikonus and influence on it of antyoxidant complex research methods are a standard clinical inspection of patients on chronic rhynosinusitis, stenosises of larynx, heterospecific granuloms of larynx, laryngitis of Reynke, acute and chronic middle otopyosis. Histological, morphometric and electromicroscopic research of byoptats (mucus membrane and bone tissue) of wall of prenasal sine, densitometric research of lumbar department of spine, and also lyophilized corneas. Generally accepted ophthalmology inspection and special laboratory research which included determination of indexes of endogenous intoxication, namely: whey maintenance of middlemolecular peptids (SMP) on a wave-length, and also endogenous intoxication of red corpuscles (EIE) and circulatory immune complexes 254 нм (SMP-254) and 280 нм (SMP-280) (CIK). The article of research is clinical displays of chronic rhynosinusitis of different etiology, stenosises of larynx, heterospecific granuloms of larynx, laryngitis of Reynke, acute and chronic middle otopyosiss. Histological and electronic microscopy changes of mucus membrane and bone tissue of wall of prenasal sines. Lyophilized csenoceratus pigs. Teenagers have endogenous intoxication at first found out a keratikonus. Histological and morphological researches of Lyophilized are conducted csenoceratus at using cryoprotector before cryoconservation with next lyophilisation, microbiological research of mucus membrane of larynx. The best maintainance of structural organization of csenoceratus is set, which prepares after such method. It gives subsoil for its using as temporal biological damage at the damages of eye.
